Booking times vary based on your event type. Below are the booking times for our different packages:
Wedding - 2 Day:
· Setup (Friday): 10:00am - 9:00pm
· Wedding (Saturday): 8:00am - 1:00am *all patrons & belongings must be removed by 1:00am or additional fees may apply
Wedding - 3 Day:
· Setup (Friday): 10:00am - 9:00pm
· Wedding (Saturday): 8:00am - 1:00am
· Tear Down (Sunday): 8:00am - 5:00pm *all patrons & belongings must be removed by 5:00pm or additional fees may apply
Non-Wedding:
Weekday (Monday - Thursday): 7:00am - 7:00pm
Weekend (Friday - Sunday): 8:00am - 11:00pm
Yes, external caterers of your choice are welcome. Although we do not have a preferred vendor list, we are happy to share recommendations. Cooking is not permitted in the kitchen. Food trucks & outdoor BBQs are permitted. Serving utensils, dishes, linens, catering carts. etc. are not included with your rental.
Yes, your rental includes seating for 150 people indoors and 150 outdoors. The following furniture is included with your rental:
· 20 Round Tables (60" diameter)
· 9 Rectangular Tables: 6 (6ft long x 30" wide) and 3 (8ft long x 30" wide)
· 150 Indoor Chairs
· 150 Outdoor Garden Chairs
Staff assistance is not provided during setup of furniture or decorations. Group is responsible for setting up and taking down the furniture for your event.
Decorations are not included with your rental and we welcome you to bring in a decorator of your choice or complete DIY decorations. We ask you respect the building by using permitted decorations only. A full list of permitted & prohibited decorations are outlined in our event package {include link to PDF Event Booking Package} Staff assistance and equipment is not provided for decorating.
The building is equipped with two natural gas fireplaces. Each fireplace has a remote to control the temperature of the fireplace. The building is not equipped with A/C, however there are multiple ceiling fans which can be controlled by a switch. There are two large glass garage doors which can be opened to allow for more airflow within the building.
Our team will clean the building for you prior to your arrival. We ask you leave the building in the state you received it in. At the end of your rental, we ask you remove all your belongings, gather all garbage bags and place them in the kitchen and leave the building in a clean and undamaged state. Additional cleaning is not required - such as cleaning sweeping and mopping. If the building is left in poor condition (such as damages or excessive cleaning required) additional charges may apply.
